Definitions vary. For example, some people believe archetypes are useful metaphors, while others believe archetypes are living beings and other actual forces.

In any case, archetypes are figures, ideas, symbols, etc., that humans innately recognize and see as powerful.

There are many archetypes. Each has its own strengths.

Here are some archetypes: Gods, Goddesses, mythic heroes, clowns, Fairies, winged horses, and other animals of both this world and the fantastic realms. The possibilities are endless. The range is wide, from dragons to tricksters.

My Decades of Shamanic Experience with Archetypes Will Help You

For a quarter of a century, I provided Archetype Coaching, when it was relevant in the Shamanic classes that I teach and Shamanic counseling I give. Then, in 2013 (or perhaps earlier), I had a vision. It guided me to offer counseling about archetypes as a service unto itself, in a one-hour session.

Then, I coined the term Archetype Coaching to better represent this longstanding part of my work.
