We’ll travel into the Fey realm to go to the Fairy Magic Circus. We will learn the magical powers of sacred joy from the masters of happiness: The clown, aerialist, strength performer, contortionist, juggler, wild animal handler, and ring master/mistress will teach you magic spells.

These archetypes will help you cast happy spells for everything you want.

Fun Is Holy

Fun is holy. I cannot doubt it when I watch a child play. They seek fun the way a mystic seeks the Divine: with ferocity and reverence. The result is the child and mystic experiencing fulfillment, peace, power, and joy.

My Gods, being Pagan, bless fun activities.

Joy Is Holy

I need joy. Joy heals. Joy reminds me of my power and connects me to it. Joy unites me with tribe so that we can stand strong together, empowered to defeat adversity. Joy cuts through my illusions and discouragement to settle me into love for and from others. Joy brings forth my inner goodness: for example, respect for—and right action concerning—other people.

We will work with all these aspects of joy. We will also work with joy as a pure magic unto itself: The course will show how joy can create miracles.

A sense of wonder—or call it awe—nourishes my spirit. When I am starving for hope and motivation, awe is my food—a feast! Then I know that the Universe has happy plans for me.

I love circus artists because they focus on creating wonder, whether as circus barkers or trapeze artists. For me, that demonstrates they are masters of ecstatic spirituality.

Their shows embody sheer joy, both the experience of it and the giving of it. In their way, they teach ecstatic spirituality.

Let’s run away and join the Fairy Magic Circus to learn unapologetic joy, empowering wonder, and powerful happy witchcraft from the happiness experts.

You will learn to use wonder as a magic that creates miracles.

In the Fairy Magic Circus, we will also experience sacred silliness that lifts us so we transcend our dilemmas, and then roots us into our common sense so that we know how to solve those problems.

And the circus performer archetypes will teach how to find joy, wonder, and happiness even during hard times. For example, joy is a sacred sensibility that can permeate all activities.

How To Attend

Call the event phone number to attend. The group meets by teleconference. No special technology is needed. You receive the number after enrolling.

Schedule

We meet every week for four months, in one-hour lessons.

You have two scheduling options:

Enroll in the class that meets Sundays 1:00 to 2:00 pm PST,
from February 16, 2025 through June 15.

Or the class that meets Thursdays 6:00 to 7:00 pm PST,
from February 20, 2025 through June 19.

Reserve the class hour on Sunday June 22 or Thursday June 26, respectively, for a makeup session in case I’m unavailable for one of the planned meetings.

Cost is $200 per month for four months. Your carrier might charge you for the calls.

About Pagan Santa and His Yule Elves

Santa is in my pantheon. … Yup, you read that right. It started years back, when a friend told me she prayed to Santa.

But there was no information anywhere about Santa as a God.

So I developed the material myself.

Mind you, I found academic stuff about Santa’s roots as a ferocious ancient deity, but what about Jolly Santa who delights children? I had to develop that material myself.

I commenced to created a working relationship with a God who is jolly Santa wearing red—including his aspect as a ferocious God—by developing a theology, rituals, prayers, liturgy, and talismans. You learn pivotal parts of this in the class.

Convinced that Jolly Santa has important traits beyond those of the aforementioned ferocious God, I channeled a theology about that, with congruent ritual, etc. Now I enjoy a lusciously fun, yet complex and deep, connection with God Santa, and I’d like to share some of it with you in this four week teleseminar (class via group phone call) that is both class and ritual.

To give you a sense of my Santa God: He is a thoroughly Pagan Divinity—he gives material gifts all year long and chuckles at my mistakes instead of being judgmental. Santa bestows wonder, hope, and belief in goodness, while keeping me safe from harm. Santa is part of my year wheel; he sparkles until dark winter months are imbued with light.

Enrollment limited to 16 people so we can really connect during ritual. This event is experiential learning, so you’re guided into actually feeling the Yuletide joy and inspiration this God bestows.

FeyGirlJpeg As I channeled, one fun idea that came to me was Yule elves: kind of like the regular Santa’s elves but with a whole Pagan and magical twist.

We’ll look at what can you do as a Yule elf to help Pagan Santa with his work—spreading magic and wonder throughout the world, at Yule season and all year long.

People kept asking for more information, after reading my blogs about Pagan Santa and his elves. The readers would tell me things like “Oh my God, I relate to this so much, and I think I’m one of his elves!” Their questions motivate me to teach this class. I don’t know if I’ll teach it again, but feel strongly about teaching it once.

The sacred foolishness of this playful class opens the door to depth and magic. There are playful ways to get profound, e.g., clearing inner blocks to self-care during the holiday season and experiencing mystical states. My jolly Santa is deep, empowering, and healing. Expect to experience both healing and joy, laughter and power. Fun is important to my Santa—after all, he’s Pagan.

We meet in the year’s darkest weeks—Santa’s domain—continuing a bit after Yule to explore receiving Santa’s gifts all year long.

Solstice Snow-Kitty

The kitten almost knocked over huge houseplants trying to get a good view out the window. I figure that was pretty clear guidance from the Universe to take a break from shipping books and go outside with my kitten into the snow.

Our venture probably lasted only ten minutes, and was just us hanging out. But I felt joy and wonder.

I feel blessed today that I find immense joy in small things, despite daily challenges that would’ve killed many people in both spirit and body. I also feel the hope that my classes impart the same sense of miracle in the wee gifts amidst enormous difficulties. That is not necessarily spelled out in my curriculum descriptions, but it is innate in an authentic spiritual teaching and methodology: life brings challenges, and with them great sorrow; life also brings us great joy if we open to it despite our struggles.

There are, of course, times when trauma or other challenges will overwhelm. Then my job during class or a counseling session is not to be a Pollyanna who callously insists, “If you were really spiritual, you would be cheerful anyway!” The recent deaths of Connecticut children has us deeply grieving. At such times, I share coping and grieving tools, ways to heal, and methods to overcome problems.

We cannot always have the joy the World Tree offers us, and must face inevitable pain. My hope, in my heart today, is that I help my students and clients do that and also help them find as much joy as possible, when it is possible. I am an ecstatic, in love with the world tree, and I believe, deep in the cells of my heart, that the world tree is in love with each of us, so It wants to celebrate existence with us.

On solstice day, I smile thinking about my little faerie kitten looking up at the snow, studying it thoughtfully, and I wish you happy solstice.
